When exercising the right of withdrawal or returning a product under the open purchase policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For the right of withdrawal or open purchase policy to apply, the product must be returned in its original packaging and be in its original condition. For hygiene reasons, the plastic packaging around the toilet seat must not be opened.
